Kean~meet my school friend

I also don't know why I wake up so early today.....I thought want to go play bb geh...but very
tired and lazy......so I go Taman Maluri to meet my friend there lor....we have lunch togather
then go play dota.....whole day in ciber cafe.....just play dota and left 4 dead.....very good today
because we keep on wining every game.....I also thought that want to play bb in the evening
but I want to rush back home to make butter cake for my brother but then very lazy and tired
so I've make it tomorrow in the afternoon so that in the evening can go play bb with my friends
because I din't play bb in normal day....just play during the weekend only...... because free on the
weekend only....but my best friend Skyler not at Cheras because she went to Klang on the friday
so don't have the good bb player play with us in this few days....but then after she come back after the compatition.....then we can meet on the weekend de....we always go play bb togather
so we are best friend....just like brother......hope can see her soon because we can play bb on the
weekend on can go "yam cha" togather at night.......tomorrow have to make butter cake with
my own recipe that mostly of the chef will use it in KDU so that I hope my brother will like it
tomorrow......if got time then make another one for my aunty....they also stay at Klang......
I can tell my father so that he can take for them.....

Kean~finish pastry exam....huh

Today class start at 11.00a.m and the first class for today is butchery class.....my father send
me to KDU around 9.30am++ in the morning then go to one ciber cake call

blitzone and play lor.....then game also din't finish play because have to rush back to KDUcause class start at 11.00a.m mah......luckily din't late for the class......Ya,my pastry exam onwednesday leh me and my friend done it very well....the lecturer also said that our choux pastryand the butter puding made is very well......but till now also dunno the result yet....I think canget A gua....I hope that lor then have to depends lecturer also how to give the marks for us.....but we really do it very well on that day....even got abit stuff we waste already but finally wedo it very good in the exam......today butchery class also about chicken....sien a....but tomorrowleh is about seafood......then still ok....for the larder class leh Mr Paul teach us how to makechicken stock and sauces.....the class until 8.00p.m leh....damn tired oh......then on saturday

I have to make butter cake for my brother because his birthday is on sunday mah......

I hope he will like it because is my first time make cake for gim mah......

Kean~pastry exam tomorrow...LOLX

Today leh just start some of the new subject....one of the subject is English Business......
the lecturer quite funny lah.....keep making jokes with us lah.....then tell us the different of
normal english and business english is what......then leh today nothing to do also in KDU.....
just discuss about the pastry exam for tomorrow.....then tomorrow also have to go to my friend's
house to practice in the morning.....wah..sien a....then got class somemore leh in the afternoon....
english again then meet the funny lecturer.....our exam for my group start at 3.00p.m till 5.00p.m lah.....sure very tired leh.......then thursday class is on 11.00 a.m till 7.00p.m lah.....
WTH.....damn late lah.....even the class start at 11.00 a.m but finish class late leh.....
haiz....what to do...KDU mah....don't know what to say lah.....damn sien a......actually tomorrow
can go KDU abit late geh....but now cannot already because of the exam lor.....sien......
last week told us is at saturday.......then never mine lah......the lecturer want tomorrow......
then if like this still got time to make the butter cake on saturday for my brother's birthday
on sunday but I make it on saturday so that can rest and go play bb on sunday morning and
in the evening also....hehehe.....first time make cake for my brother lah.....don't know how it
taste leh.....I hope he like it lah.....then tomorrow can do well lah in the exam......

Kean~Sien ah today.....start the 2nd part of 1st semester....

Today in KDU had just start the 2nd part of 1st semester.....then leh all just like the 1st day
of school in KDU this morning....today also have formal wear..LOLX
every monday have to wear formal till we get our uniform either in this semester or the next
semester only we get our uniforms.....sad.....I heard in KDU is because the tailor have measure
the wrong length and this and that lah.....alot's of excuses the lah KDU....I just heard that but
weather it is true or not I really don't know about it.....already more that 1 month we still
din't get our unifroms yets.....very sien the lah.....then we buthchery class have to wear our own
shirt and pants to study butchery class.....with our nice clothes and pants.....WTF lah KDU....
we suppose to wear uniform...but now Ialso don't know how lah.....feel not uncomfatable in the
kitchen with our nice clothes and pants......then look weird in the kitchen like this......just like
a model or artist in the kitchen only......all of our senior look good in the kitchen but we just
looks different lah.....damn sien lor......haiz....what to do leh....this is KDU mah!!!!!!!
today also a very tired day because yesterday played bb with friends lor.......
early more and in the evening also went to play bb........until night only went back home......
zzz...then later have to sleep earlier already because very TIRED!!!!!!!

Kean~tired and quite happy day...

Today leh I go out with my mom to watch movie around 12.15p.m++ and the movie that
we watch is Night At The Museum 2.......that movie is quite ok lah for me....got some parts
is funny and alot's of stupid things that they made in this movie.....exspecially tha actor name
Ben Stiller....he is the main charecter in this movie....then after we watch the movie around
4.50p.m++,then we go home and fetch my brother to have dinner togather with my grandmother for last few weeks ago the Mother's Day dinner and also early celebrate for
my brother's birthday that coming soon in this month......today also nothing special because just
like normal day and hust din't go to school like normal weekdays.....then tomorrow go play
bb early in the morning because one of the guy that paly bb with us is a philipino guy name
Juno.......his body the good because he is a body builder and play bb with us he really a good
shooter and rebounder in Taman Segar.......he also have a good jump while playing bb with us....
but he will leave Malaysia tomorrow......so we don't have chance to play with him anymore......

Kean~1st day of Butchery Class and Larder(with Chef Shawn Lennon)

Today leh Ireach KDU damn early leh....is around 6.00a.m in the morning because the butchery class starts at 7.00a.m in the morning and must get ready in 6.45a.m in the kitchen and cannot be late.....so today my father send me to KDU so that I won't be late for today class at 7.00 a.m
Then we start to wash the kitchen when the class start.....then the leuturer tell us the way to cut the chicken today.....Is around 8.30a.m,there's a guest lecturer today in KDU to the us in the 1st class of butchery and larder class today...just only for our group today....his name is Chef Shawn Lennon that one of the lecturer and chef at IMI of Culinary Arts and Hospitaly at Swist.....he coma today is just as KDU guest lecturer.....he really teach us alot's of things based on his own
experience in many years in this industry......what he explain and guide us is very fast and we can get it what he is explaining.....better than the KDU lecturer that teach us in the butchery class......He is the only I can feel the really chef that guide us in the kitchen,making some jokes,
and also make us feel intersting in the class.....he also teach us how to cut the whole chicken and
he already make alot's of demo to make sure that we can do it by our own......he is a really good
chef for all of us in the morning......Then,in the afternoon class around 11.00a.m almost afternoon,we still can see him because he is just teach and be a guest in my group class......
he not just good in cut chicken,but he also really good in telling us the recipe,the way that European style eating in the hotel or restaurant and many more...Besides that he also teach us
how to make more than 10 recipes by using to main food is just only using potatoe.....that's
really can impress me and I just think that he is the only chef that really can teach all of us without any problem.....This only we can feel the big chef in the kitchen and teaching us......
I really respect him as the chef in this food industry of many years in Swits......He really
impress me today in 2 classes togather with him.......I really respect him and hope can see him
in next year when he come back to KDU.......Even he can't teach me longer in KDU,but he can
be one of the example being a good chef with his advise and spirit to be a professional chef......

Today leh nothing different....just like normal day but today just only the tell us about
our next part of 1st semester....then 2nd part og 1st semester on friday.....after test also
no break for us de....KDU sucks lah....no break for su want us to die meh......haiz....
But what to do....for my future have to study lor......just can curse KDU in here lor....hahahaha
In there I really know alot's of friend that in the same course with me de......they all are very
good and have a high-edu in speaking their english....I feel that i'm not really good in speaking
english with them lah....but now trying to improve my speaking english with them....
Then we also have to study english leh in this part....but no Malaysian Study.....that's really good
but that subject really boring lah.....after that leh still de same lor....go play dota with friend lor
today just 2 of us only....me and a guy name Azuri....half japanese and half chinese.....but her
mom is chinese muslim.....his father is japanese.......his english damn good because he study at
Sekolah Sri KDU......alot's of them is very rich de leh.....private school damn nice and big that
school......then i go back KDU around 3.30++ because have to company kathryna.....she got
training at 3.30++ also.....then my brother come and fetch me home around 5.00pm....If
today i know that english class today just to talk with us about our exam paper....and din't
take our attendents also......sien oh...LOLX......if Iknow that i'm not going for sure.....
STUPID KDU!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Kean~Last day of the Exam(but got new assignment....LOLX)

Today just like normal day.....reach KDU very early...then feel tired and sleepy...
then got exam also leh.....the 1st paper for today is Menu Planning at 9.00a.m in the
morning.....I really feel very tired leh.....I din even read the notes because he din't even give
notes and tips for this final exam.....even got slides also don't know how to read leh......the exam ends at around 11.00 a.m......then just like yesterday.....after exam go play dota......we finish dota
around 1.00p.m then go to the coffee shop to have our lunch at there before the exam starts at 2.00p.m......I din't even read the notes the he give....I hope that can past because i've already with his own story.....Then the next paper is Pasteries.....this paper is quite ok because got read
the notes and the lecturer give alot's of tips to us to study.....hope all can pass the exam.....
after that got assignment for Malaysian Study leh.......but lucky because now saturday don't have
class already but then have to on9 that aask him about the exam or the assignments that still
don't understand......don't know wheather got take attendents anot for the class by on9.....
If din't take then can have a good rest on saturday......

Kean~1st day of Exam...sien

Today leh reach KDU around 7.10a.m++...quite early also loh....but really damn tired and
so stress lah this morning till noon....really no mood to smile,laugh and make jokes with them...
really damn bad mood me this morning bcs not enough sleep at all yesterday.....
so very tired lor.....Then the 1st paper for today is Intorduction of Hopitality at 9.00a.m
just now.....the paper damn lah....so difficuit lah....because din read also lah....
I just read Food Hygiene only for today exam because that subject quite easy for me to study...
then got extra notes for the food hygiene only....the chapter also not alot also...just 6 chapter
that subject so is easy for me to read it.....even just left last minute.....hahaha...
After exam go play dota with friend.....LOLX....exam still can go play dota....inside the ciber cafe
play dota then read notes in ciber cafe....1st time so hard-working inside ciber cafe....zzzz....

Then go eat lunch after dota.....then only go back exam around 2p.m....we almost late to take

our exam....lucky just only want to start the exam......After exam leh I suppose go back de...

but then I don't now why I wait her to come out after exam.....wait the kathryna outside of

the class......then go KDU sq and wait my brother to fetch me home......Today quite tired....

so later have to sleep early because tomorrow got exam also....but tomorrow is the last day exam.....so have to study also.....must rest alot so tomorrow don't feel tired.....

Kean~Boring day......

Today leh I just stay at home lah.....din't go anywhere also lah because wan study for exam tomorrow......but then wake up very early feel that wan go play bb because long time din play
already lor.....if din play sure fat want.....so have to keep fit so have a good body and look.....
HAHAHAHA......so zhi luin lah.....but is just for my stamina actually....need to maintain that
Today play bb really damn tired.....rest also just rest abit only lah....because have to study geh.....
but then got 4 good game today....play with those negro.....even they not really good play bb
but they are tall lah.....then we lose 2 game....but win also 1 game finally....maybe is because they
feel tired after 2 game......then because I feel sleepy also because after wake up straight away
go play bb with my good bro....Skyler.....then feel very tired again.....so later want to study......got exam jor...so have to study.....

Kean~all assignment and presentation done....huh

Today just like normal day.....nothing special in KDU today.....just the last day of the pastery
kitchen last class for pratical class and teory as well.....then today also very tired and my mood
is quite bad and down in the pastery class just nw......then keep non-stop smoking at the back
of the KDU college there....the parking lort there....then kathryna know that i smoke and she
keep on scolding and beating me in KDU sq today during thr break.....my mood really bad....
actually not bad,is sad because think back the old sad memory and things that happen to me
last month.....that worst memory and the thing that makes me really feel sad is she leave me....
Ireally can't control myself to think of her in my mind.....I really also don't know why this happen
to me today......almost 1 month++ already we break up..... but still thinking of her....
really don't know why likw that....Then i had argued with her last night because of abit misunderstanding.....I really din angry her,but feel really sad.....I really want to take care her as my close friend and just because abit of misunderstanding between her and me yesterday......
But now i'm just find.....hope the bad memory leave me and the sweet memory always stay
with me in my whole life.......

Kean~Food Fest KDU 2009

Today extremly tired leh,reach KDU damn early......around 7.00am++ leh
The event start around 8.00am in the morning.....the person incharge in the kitchen just only
5 to 6 person only......the person incharge and also chef for the whole food fest event is Jiva....
He is the that really have alot's of experience in the kitchen and he also plan the whole thing for
this event today......the food the we sell is lagsana and chicken teriyaki for the food fest event in
KDU.....but the food set up at around 8.30 to 9.00 am ready to sell our food......my job for today
as a runner only for the whole day......that's only me that run at ground floor and 1st floor during
the event......then my leg still pain haven't fully recover yet.....but not very serious lah,still ok lor
And got other runner to help for the event today......we have 5 runner ed actually,but got 1 runner din't come for the event but we still can handle it for the food running section.....
Our runner for today is me,kathryna,jackie,thim and(din come de)badran.....really tired lah today....but we are happy with our sales today....not just sales but gaine alo'ts of experience in
this food fest event....we really feel happy and proud with our job today.....the kitchen department and us really put alot's of effort on it for the event and keep selling our food from
our store and going around the KDU sq........I really have to thanks to our person incharge for
the whole event for our team in Jiva and is our chef in this event....really thanks to him in our
success today......

Kean~Preperation day for Food Fest

Today just like normal,nothing speacial at KDU.....even my half of the 1st semester
almost end out.....but just feel like finish my diploma already in KDU.....
but few of the lecturer is good to us when in our 1st semester even in class
or in the kitchen also is really tread us very good.......So,I will thanks to my lecturer
that teach me in the 1st half of semester.....Tomorrow start our Food Fest already in
the morning around 8.00 am in the morning...so have to reach there before 7.00 am....
WTF.......damn early have to reach there alr....sure damn tired for tomorrow the Food Fest
Hope that alot people come to our store and buy our food.....we are making lagsana and
chicken teriyaki for the food fest.......Each of the lagsana is cost rm6 and the teriyaki chicken
will cost rm5 each........abit cheap and the price is quite suitable for it.....hope we win the 1st
price is about RM1000 for the best food sell in Food Fest 2009 in KDU.....

Kean~The presentation day......

Today at KDU just reach there then feel damn tired and sleepy because very tired......
Then today also is the day to present the slide show to my lecturer.....really funny
and abit embaresing lah when my team present that time.....no sample product then
say all the stupid things and make all of them laught until almost make the lecturer also
don't know how to give marks for the presentation......then after the presentation on 12p.m...
we go to the auditorium to see the other hotel come to KDU to ask us to have a part time job
in the hotel line.....I thk this thing just is suitable for 3 semaster student leh.....not yet ngam
us leh......after that we go for pastry class to make fruit and butter cake......we just need around
2 hours to finish that 2 cakes but we have to wait the cake to finish bake in the oven......
And today also get our nwe knives......all the chef have their own knive.....so now I have new
knive for my butchery class next week after exam on friday......start to be more busy already...

Kean~Damn tired.....Rush Hour week......

Today i really feel tired and my leg still pain lah.....dunno when fully recover leh...
but still ok geh.....not a big deal lah....Tis week have to rush all the assignments
to all the lecturer bcs next week exam alr lor......then this thursday got
International Food Fest at KDU....but friday dun have holiday oso leh......
zha dou....say international but don't have holiday geh....don't know wat
to say lah.....stupid Kdu college lah.....sien oh....Then after exam oso don't have
holiday then start the class on the next day....KDU Sucks!!!!!!!!but what to do leh....
for future oso have to study leh......good for my future de.....I also lucky to have a lot's
of friends at Kdu,is quite happy with them.......Exspecially kathryna,she really take cares
a lot's when i'm in Kdu.....a lot's of gosip said that my and her couple......SWTZ!!!!!!!!!
WTF.......she really tread my her bf only lah but she already got bf geh......
When i smoke a,if she know that she will scloe me,beat me ,whack me and this lah and that
the lah.....I u want me to quit from smoking but is not easy leh.....U do this is just
want me to be good but if now got couple i sure quit de.....if other reasonable reason
then i also will quit de......Hope friends forever with her.......
Even i know her just a month,but we just like know each other for many years
leh......She know me very well oso as friend for a month.....hope can be friends forever

Kean~Mother's Day(din eat with my mom also)

Today Mother's Day also stay at home loh.....din go anywhere also
Just watch movie and play game loh.....Din do my assignment report yet lah.......
but still got time to do geh,just only the report......pass up on tuesday.....
Then just now go play bb with fren loh.....don't know have to say good luck or what lah.....
The last game I play but my leg fractured lah.....sien oh....now damn pain lah.....
at least we got win 1 game also geh.....Today sleep early lor tomorrow got school lah.....
Tomorrow go back KDU with new hairstyle leh....like sozhai only lah.....
sure got people laugh at me want.....Anyway,in here i wish Happy Mother's Day to
my mom in here......and for my friend also hope can spend a very good day and have a good memory with their mom....

Kean~Wesak Day.....Boring Day lah....

Today leh i hv done my Hospitality Assingment(Only the report).......then next week
will more busy because leh exam is coming soon alr lah.....sienz a......
Dun like EXAM a!!!!!!!!but i have to take the exam also lah........
Hope can past in all the exam on 18 & 19 of May.........

Kean~today DAMN tired.....but is happy day....

Today I reach KDU around 7.30a.m++.......so early but no mood to study oso lah

Then lepak with bmy friends and smoke so that not so sleepy and feel tired.....
but is uselsess lah......I oso dunno why got people like to care about me and

keep on scolding to call me stop smoking.....juz like my girlfriend only lah......

Now I oso dunno how leh......but today at pastery class is very happy and alot's of funny things

happen lah......today the lecturer is quite funny lah.....won't feel bored

at all lah.....My friend exspecially badran,tom,kenneth,malven and kathryna.....

I really thanks to them because in the time that i'm really sad and not happy

they really tread me very good and nice to me as friend even juz know each other

for 1 months but really like best friend for many years.........Really thanks to them

In pastery class today,we have made cake,swiss role,finger sponge and banavoir....

We oso make a birthday cake for one of our Culinary Arts lecturer......

then our AA(academic advisor)oso at there see what have we make in the kitchen....

Selection Day at "Kdu" for bb

Today is the day of KDU bb selection.....I dunno can i be one of them so that i still can play my bb at KDU Square leh.....I will try my best to do it so i can join the team for competition with them.....I hope i play well and i want them to feel that i'm really good in this sports.....prove to them make sure they don't look down on me.....
