The event start around 8.00am in the morning.....the person incharge in the kitchen just only
5 to 6 person only......the person incharge and also chef for the whole food fest event is Jiva....
He is the that really have alot's of experience in the kitchen and he also plan the whole thing for
this event today......the food the we sell is lagsana and chicken teriyaki for the food fest event in
KDU.....but the food set up at around 8.30 to 9.00 am ready to sell our food......my job for today
as a runner only for the whole day......that's only me that run at ground floor and 1st floor during
the event......then my leg still pain haven't fully recover yet.....but not very serious lah,still ok lor
And got other runner to help for the event today......we have 5 runner ed actually,but got 1 runner din't come for the event but we still can handle it for the food running section.....
Our runner for today is me,kathryna,jackie,thim and(din come de)badran.....really tired lah today....but we are happy with our sales today....not just sales but gaine alo'ts of experience in
this food fest event....we really feel happy and proud with our job today.....the kitchen department and us really put alot's of effort on it for the event and keep selling our food from
our store and going around the KDU sq........I really have to thanks to our person incharge for
the whole event for our team in Jiva and is our chef in this event....really thanks to him in our
success today......
