I also don't know why I wake up so early today.....I thought want to go play bb geh...but very
tired and lazy......so I go Taman Maluri to meet my friend there lor....we have lunch togather
then go play dota.....whole day in ciber cafe.....just play dota and left 4 dead.....very good today
because we keep on wining every game.....I also thought that want to play bb in the evening
but I want to rush back home to make butter cake for my brother but then very lazy and tired
so I've make it tomorrow in the afternoon so that in the evening can go play bb with my friends
because I din't play bb in normal day....just play during the weekend only...... because free on the
weekend only....but my best friend Skyler not at Cheras because she went to Klang on the friday
so don't have the good bb player play with us in this few days....but then after she come back after the compatition.....then we can meet on the weekend de....we always go play bb togather
so we are best friend....just like brother......hope can see her soon because we can play bb on the
weekend on can go "yam cha" togather at night.......tomorrow have to make butter cake with
my own recipe that mostly of the chef will use it in KDU so that I hope my brother will like it
tomorrow......if got time then make another one for my aunty....they also stay at Klang......
I can tell my father so that he can take for them.....

Today class start at 11.00a.m and the first class for today is butchery class.....my father send
me to KDU around 9.30am++ in the morning then go to one ciber cake call

blitzone and play lor.....then game also din't finish play because have to rush back to KDUcause class start at 11.00a.m mah......luckily din't late for the class......Ya,my pastry exam onwednesday leh me and my friend done it very well....the lecturer also said that our choux pastryand the butter puding made is very well......but till now also dunno the result yet....I think canget A gua....I hope that lor then have to depends lecturer also how to give the marks for us.....but we really do it very well on that day....even got abit stuff we waste already but finally wedo it very good in the exam......today butchery class also about chicken....sien a....but tomorrowleh is about seafood......then still ok....for the larder class leh Mr Paul teach us how to makechicken stock and sauces.....the class until 8.00p.m leh....damn tired oh......then on saturday
I have to make butter cake for my brother because his birthday is on sunday mah......

Today leh just start some of the new subject....one of the subject is English Business......
the lecturer quite funny lah.....keep making jokes with us lah.....then tell us the different of
normal english and business english is what......then leh today nothing to do also in KDU.....
just discuss about the pastry exam for tomorrow.....then tomorrow also have to go to my friend's
house to practice in the morning.....wah..sien a....then got class somemore leh in the afternoon....
english again then meet the funny lecturer.....our exam for my group start at 3.00p.m till 5.00p.m lah.....sure very tired leh.......then thursday class is on 11.00 a.m till 7.00p.m lah.....
WTH.....damn late lah.....even the class start at 11.00 a.m but finish class late leh.....

of school in KDU this morning....today also have formal wear..LOLX
every monday have to wear formal till we get our uniform either in this semester or the next
semester only we get our uniforms.....sad.....I heard in KDU is because the tailor have measure
the wrong length and this and that lah.....alot's of excuses the lah KDU....I just heard that but
weather it is true or not I really don't know about it.....already more that 1 month we still
din't get our unifroms yets.....very sien the lah.....then we buthchery class have to wear our own
shirt and pants to study butchery class.....with our nice clothes and pants.....WTF lah KDU....
we suppose to wear uniform...but now Ialso don't know how lah.....feel not uncomfatable in the
kitchen with our nice clothes and pants......then look weird in the kitchen like this......just like
a model or artist in the kitchen only......all of our senior look good in the kitchen but we just

Kean~tired and quite happy day...
Today leh I go out with my mom to watch movie around 12.15p.m++ and the movie that
we watch is Night At The Museum 2.......that movie is quite ok lah for me....got some parts
is funny and alot's of stupid things that they made in this movie.....exspecially tha actor name
Ben Stiller....he is the main charecter in this movie....then after we watch the movie around
4.50p.m++,then we go home and fetch my brother to have dinner togather with my grandmother for last few weeks ago the Mother's Day dinner and also early celebrate for
my brother's birthday that coming soon in this month......today also nothing special because just

Kean~1st day of Butchery Class and Larder(with Chef Shawn Lennon)
Today leh Ireach KDU damn early leh....is around 6.00a.m in the morning because the butchery class starts at 7.00a.m in the morning and must get ready in 6.45a.m in the kitchen and cannot be late.....so today my father send me to KDU so that I won't be late for today class at 7.00 a.m
Then we start to wash the kitchen when the class start.....then the leuturer tell us the way to cut the chicken today.....Is around 8.30a.m,there's a guest lecturer today in KDU to the us in the 1st class of butchery and larder class today...just only for our group today....his name is Chef Shawn Lennon that one of the lecturer and chef at IMI of Culinary Arts and Hospitaly at Swist.....he coma today is just as KDU guest lecturer.....he really teach us alot's of things based on his own
experience in many years in this industry......what he explain and guide us is very fast and we can get it what he is explaining.....better than the KDU lecturer that teach us in the butchery class......He is the only I can feel the really chef that guide us in the kitchen,making some jokes,
and also make us feel intersting in the class.....he also teach us how to cut the whole chicken and
he already make alot's of demo to make sure that we can do it by our own......he is a really good
chef for all of us in the morning......Then,in the afternoon class around 11.00a.m almost afternoon,we still can see him because he is just teach and be a guest in my group class......
he not just good in cut chicken,but he also really good in telling us the recipe,the way that European style eating in the hotel or restaurant and many more...Besides that he also teach us
how to make more than 10 recipes by using to main food is just only using potatoe.....that's
really can impress me and I just think that he is the only chef that really can teach all of us without any problem.....This only we can feel the big chef in the kitchen and teaching us......
I really respect him as the chef in this food industry of many years in Swits......He really
impress me today in 2 classes togather with him.......I really respect him and hope can see him
in next year when he come back to KDU.......Even he can't teach me longer in KDU,but he can
be one of the example being a good chef with his advise and spirit to be a professional chef......
