just around 12.30pm for the Butchery Class yesterday because we were just cut the seafood only
such as crab,prawn,squid,oyster, and more.....just only need 1 and the half hour to done the cutting yesterday....but in Larder Class we were with the lecturer,Mr Paul...is was damn boring
during the lesson but nevermine lah just in this 2 years have to face him....after graduate allready sure happy without him in my whole life.....the eggs dishes that we had made yesterday
is scramble egg,omelets,hard boil egg,soft boil egg,sunny, and easy fried eggs that we had made...
The most that I felt satisfied myself is the omelet because I had wraped the omelet in 3 wrap when it finished fried.....I was so happy with it...(^_^),hehehe....Then today in KDU leh is very
different de me because I got my uniform allready after the Larder Class yesterday.....today I
wear the with uniform de to the kitchen....in the Butchery Class is we have to cut the beef meat
after we have finish the cut leh then we can grill a slice of the beef each of us....the sauces is made
from our lecturer before our class start in this afternoon,its really make the beef and the sauce
so tasty lah.....yum yum,fee like want to grill again lah now because is really good and nice of the
beef in the afternoon just now....When in the Larder Class leh,we also still have to make the eggs
dishes but is just only 4 dishes lah,not even many and the steps is quite easy loh..but the class also finish very early lah,just only need 1 hour and half hour to finish our Larder Class just now..
The most earlierst in our class is today....then leh I straight away go back home lor....because is
very tired leh this few days also de same de lah.....also don't know why lah....need to rest more then tomorrow have to find information about all of the assignments de....start busy allready lor
now....SIEN A!!!!!!haiz.....what to do,justonly have to do it alone lor and no groups allready now....
but is good also de because individual marks is better geh....just bisy and tired only lor.....study
is like this de lah,no time to play and this and that lor....get it serious allready now....in college
and not in seconday school.....work hard,study hard......
