Ken~Long time din post blog....

Finally today got time to post my blog already because this few weeks after my 2nd sem started
I've no time to post my blog already and because my timetable is very tight lah in this semester so I've no time to post my blog in this few weeks....In 2nd semester is quite tight and a lot's of
calculation have to do because we also have F&B subject so we have to study alot about calculation in that subject so no time and almost always got test in that class last week....and then now got another subject is call Garmengar....is like in the cold kitchen but is all about chesse, salad, sauces and more we have to learn in that subject...and now start our assignments again loh....the nightmare has come again in 2nd semester....SCARY LAH......but have to do also even I feel scary,actaully today is the day that my result have been coming out just now but I din't even see the paper is where my lecturer stick it at...If we can't see our result in college so that's mean
is going to send to my house soon between this week....I hope don't have any fail suject lah I hope and still can continue in this semester with my fellow friends because they are really funny and make alot's of jokes during the lesson begin in college,hope won't seperate with them and keep co-operate with them in study or practical work.......Now my faith has come,a girl from IHTM course and her name is Yen Yen....When the first time I saw her with one of my friend I
was like....that feeling was there when I saw her first time last mouth and now we are friend after my friend intro her to me then ask her phone number and now also got call her frequantly
nowdays.....I was like wow....she's hot and cute for me now and she is a very friendly type person
to me and most of her friend.....so I fell that can invite her or have a date with her that's good and hope this saturday she is free and would like to have a date with her in this saturday....See got any place that she like to go then we meet at the place that she wanted to go on this saturday
Hope this will be really happen on this saturday....I hope won't scare her on when I invite her for a date this saturday and tell her what I really fell in my heart when first time I saw her......
I hope really happen on this saturday......HAIZ......Hope everythings go right on this saturday and she really can have a date with me on this saturday.....If can I really can't wait until this coming saturday lah......Hope I can do this.....Really miss her everyday.......And then on last few weeks ago when I saw her when she wear then chef uniform on that day I was like...She is my angel in my heart.....she really look pretty and cute in my eyes and my heart....she the one that I love now....no one can change my mind right now.....I think she will be very go to me when we in couple in this year time...hope my dream will come true because I've been waited this faith in a very long time now.......hope this will happen to me and if happen I'm the most happy guy in th world.....this is the faith that I'm waiting for......

Ken~1st day of semester break......

Today nothing to do lah....just stay at home and clean do some cleaning loh,then watch movie and eat only lah then never go play bb also but just go play dota only lah.....gt 2 game win but got
1 game lose like hell only because of some noob hai lah that don't know how to play then make our team lose cham cham.....but leh k\just now geh last game we won also lah,later want to go home liao loh....today at cc also just want to post my blog only because my house cannot online
liao so no time post blog mah so have to post also loh my blog today.....Now start watch animation already at home because last time I don't watch de and now don't really know why I like to watch already nowdon't like to watch TVB Series already now.....then leh always watch chinese movie also geh because always animation also quite boring geh so need to watch some chinese movie also geh.......Today also nothing have to write in my blog today because day just like normal day and nothnig special happen also today so just post a short post.....

Kenz~Finish exam finally......

Yesterday finally finish my exam already loh....now happy and relax time for me in this and
now leh just hang out with my friend or go ciber cafe only to play some games....then leh my
result for my yesterday's exam is....PAST!!!!! already loh now for my butchery exam.....and now
I still have to wait for my other result but mostly is all past geh but just don't know get how many marks onlu for my exam now.....so have to wait loh until KDU send the result to mu mum's
house and let her have a look of it then I will now my result for my whole 1st semester in PCT 07
course i n this past few months......Now I also have new target already and is not Kathryna anymore already and her name is Yen Yen and she take IHTM course in KDU College also then
can she her everyday also in college but not in same class only....nevermine lah at least can see
her everyday...now really thinking og her and miss her so much lah....my friend invited my for
clubbing yesterday but I didn't go also because the place is at KL Quatro just in front of KLCC
and there is nothing fun when I ask my brother so I didn't go yesterday and then just stay at home and just watch movie and animation loh.....Now I also don't know why I like to watch animation already nowdays and I've just borrowed from my friend some of animation DVD
last few days......I think now leh just rest and go hang out with some friends while waiting for
my 2nd semester to start and just release stress because in the kitchen really can fell the stress
and I know why some chef really stress in the kitchen exspecially in hot kitchen because is alot's
of challenge and really have to working out alot's in the kitchen......so that's why I like to work in
hot kitchen as a chef in future career.....Anyway.now I hope can have a date with her next week
if she free,really miss her alot nowdays.....haiz....hope she really can be my gf in this year before
my coming birthday in this November......hope my wish can be come true......gambette!!!!!!!!

Kenz~Exam day...1st day...

To whom view my blog,I'm sorry for because that I didn't update my blog for few weeks already
because this few weeks quite busy lah me so today only I update my blog in the early morning....
Today is the first day of my final exam in first semester and soon will have semester break holiday next week...HAPPY!!!!!,but anyway today is my 1st day of exam and finally I've done
almost all my assignment so no need to worry about it anymore and keep on focus in my exam week only in this few days.....but about the Malaysian Study subject leh,haiz...damn boring lah
because got exam leh and alot's of assignments to do leh and later I have to do it and pass it up
before 4.00 p.m and my exam later is on 2.00 p.m till 4 p.m so have to finish up before 2.00p.m
later....then leh last week was our last class for Malaysia Study in my first semester and he gave us the tips for the exam on this saturday in the morning....after that leh I went to Time Square in the afternoon because my friend when there to met his friend so I just followed him to Time
Square because just finish my assignments and have to release stress for my whole week assignment week last week....then we reached there around pasted 2.30 p.m and then me and my friend go and find them and met up at which floor or which shop nearby..... then we met them at 4th floor around the I-Socks shop and we just introduce myself for sure and they also
just intro themselve.....me and my friend,Kelson from Kuantan met his friend also from Kuantan
and both of them were same school when they studied in Kuantan then one of his friend studied
in TAR College and her other friend were same as well and all of us were same age also lah.....
so we "sama geng punya".....One of the girl name Sun and she told us that us that they had their
own groups called "SS" and Iwas like,"huh"???Then she told me is "Syok Sendiri Group"......
I was like.....zha dou....but all of them was very friendly and quite funny when we can make jokes
around with them and I really felt that they were good even we met them for the first time on
that day.....Then we had our dinner togather in McDonald in Time Square around 6.00 p .m in
5th floor,after that leh we got to go around past 7.00 p.m because they had to rushed for their
assignment and my friend Kelson also had to go because he had to went back to PJ after that
because he rent a room there nearby KDU College and easy for him to go college everyday.....
I was really happy with them and hope can hang out with them again where holiday coming
soon.....Then if can I would like to cook for the girl named Sun because her birhtday is in this month so have to think at where I can cook for her....If got place to cook, then she is the first person that cook for it because I still never have chance to cook for nowdays and since she had
left me so she in not the first person I cook for now....she have no chance to eat the dish that I
cook in the future......

Kenz~Bakery Module starts tomorrow.....

Today leh just like nothing to do only at home because almost all the assignment finish and the
due date is almost 1 week start from now....still got some time for the final check on my all
assignments that have to hand out next week,but got some assignment hang out in next 2 weeks
time from now on....so still can make it de and no need to rush for it already for the assignments
Then leh today just like nothing to do loh,is just only like have some times for relax awhile before
the having our exam soon in the following week is on the 6th till 8th of July in practical and theory exam in Larder and Butchery,and also have English test as well before I forgot.....need to
start my study again loh from now on,haiz.....SIEN AH....but after my exam leh will start our first semester break already loh.....hehehe....happy day coming soon,so can hang out with friends
and can go back to my high school to visit them because my friend call me to find them but I've no time to find them,feel sorry to them so I have to go back to find them loh.....what to do leh.....
So leh.I hope can meet them soon loh....And tomorrow start already my bakery module loh in KDU....almost exam only have this kind of class lah,evry sien the leh because we need time to
prepare for the exam already soon....but suddenly got this kind of classes that we have to attend
lah....damn sien loh,then got english class also have to attend lah....DAMN 7 SIEN ah!!!!!!!!!!!
Don't really know how KDU arrange the timetable the lah for us,haiz....don't know what to say
about this college already lah now.....but nevermine lah,just go only lah and just because for my
future career only I will attend for the class...If not,I really won't appear in KDU tomorrow....

Kenz~Still remember somethings.....

Today leh I just go college and only got 1 class for today and that is Butchery Class and is just like a revision day for some of the topic that we feel no so confident in exam so the lecturer leh make it like a special revision class for us today....the time same like the normal day the class lah...the topic for today's class is chicken again because chicken got alot's of cuts that we have to
remember so leh chicken is the topic for today and just do it for the beginning loh....there is alot's
of method and name loh such as ballentin,gellentin,boneless brest, and also some different of trassing when have to roast the chicken.....but leh I just do the ballentin and gellantin because he
want to see how is our skill that have been few week that we had study the cuts of chicken.....so
we also have to show him the trassing on the chicken today.....the still can do it well also lah,still
can do better geh I hope....but yesterday I went to my friend's house because he just came back from Manila after his pilot course and came back from there for vacation and get his driving licence and he will go back to Manila next year and now don't really know what he will do in this
few months.....When I reach his house leh,I saw that he is with my ex-gf togather and my feeling
was....just like don't really now what I can do leh now,she is people's gf already I also cannot do
anything already lah now so just act don't know only loh.....then leh had dinner at his house loh
yesterday and talk about my cooking and my learning in college in this few months.....then also
asked him about his study place also loh,then just like nothing to do then me and one of my friend when out to but 'oxygen' then came back to his house loh.....Alot's of me and her memory
had appeared in my brain when I saw they were togather already but then just only I can do is
just can take care of her as my close friend also geh.....just look foward only,if I don't face it also
no use already and there is alot's of different between all of us....he has been more mature than
before when I talk to him also have to use the more mature talking style to talk to him already
and also all start to grow up already now even is just 18 years old but is time to change all of us
rigth now.....I tell this about one of my friend also and she advise me to look foward only and just
only can take care her also enough doesn't mean have to be togather if I still love her till now since few month ago but that's the way only I can do.....I still remember how to make her dream
come true when that month was her birthday month.....so leh at least she got sweet memory
and not just have bad memory when we was still couple that time.....Now just can start focus in
my study only and find my new true lover that really loves me de.....Hope can find one lah now
or in future.....Hope one of my dream can come true lah......

Ken~Cut my hand 1 & 2.....haiz...(today & yesterday)

Yesterday leh when I was in KDU around 1030 a.m++ and almost late to my Butchery Class in
the afternoon but still can reached there right in time lah,still didn't late yet for the class lah because I when there by my own yesterday and no people send me to college so have to go alone

loh....haiz....but the yesterday's class leh was fun and very relax because leh our job is just eat in

the kitchen,we no need to cut all those meat and the others things that usually we cut in class.....

we just only have to tasted somethings that people felt weird for them....the food that we were test yesterday it was the tongue,liver,lungs and more parts of the cow.....OMG!!!! but leh I also

didn't felt weird on those things that we have to tested on that day.....the chef nook those things

for us to tasted and we felt is very good and nice to eat all those parts of the cow...really tasted very nice and felt like wanted to aet it againt lah,felt that very delicious for all of us to eat it and

also just because the chef cooked ti very well and totally had covered most of those smells of the

parts of the cow yesterday,with his recipes,herbs,red wine and more to cooked those parts....I hope can aet it againt lah......We really had a very good breakfirst and lunch in the kitchen with

our chef......then leh when for our Larder Class around 3.00 p.m and the food that we made on

that day was pasta,we had to cooked the packing pasta and hand-made of pasta in the kitchen...

But leh,haiz.....the incident happen to me lah yesterday in the middle of the class,when I wash

my knife with my friend and suddenly I cut myself without realized that I had cut myself......

then leh I called one of my friend to called Kathryna to gave me a plaster for my finger got cuts

yesterday....then leh the lecturer called me to had a to sat on the chair....while I'm waiting for

the blood to stoped bleeding,almost whole people of the class standed surrounding me and asked

me is I'm alright....I really can felt they really toke care of me especially Kathryna lah....even she

just gave me plaster but she also feed me aet those marcoroni.....then leh called me don't move

too much lah,and this and that lah.....In that time,I really felt that she really treaded me very good in college when we were in class or in kitchen lah.....I really hope she can tread me liked that everyday but not in friend's profile but also is in gf profile's....I also hope that one day she

can totally accept me as her bf the....now I'm waitting with patiently...The patient condition de

Ken.....Then leh to day reach KDU damn early because I follow my aunty to train station mah so

reach there early loh,while waiting leh I go to ciber cafe to play for awhile for sure de loh....

then leh I go back to KDU around 10.00 a.m in the morning to have some food for mu breakfirst

before my Butchery Class starts at 11.00 a.m in kitchen.....after that when the time comes we go

to the ktichen for my class lor of course but today also same like yersterday,don't have any cuts

for us to do and what we do leh is just eat only.....today's meal for us is salmon and dori fish.....

YUM YUM.....really delicious and make all of us still not really satisfied because the portion of

the salmon is very small lah...haiz.....what to do,the chef say cannot sreve us so much lah of the

salmon fish even the dori fish also didn't really serve us much also lah I also don't knoe why lah

haiz.....at lease we got eat the fish also enough already de lah for us in KDU,consider not bad the

lah this college anyway but just no money only lah this college......hahahaha,so bad say KDU no

money de college......Then after finish class already,then we go to KDU SQ because want to send

the herbs back to the dry store at SQ suddenly we see the squirrel the SQ just now in the afternoon then leh me and Kathryna leh go and disturb the squirrel is trying to attract

the people for the new movie call 'Ice Age 3' in this month or next month lah I think because

I'm not really sure also lah....hahahaha....nevermine lah,can check it out in the newspaper or

in the internet and shoppoing mall about the movie......In around 2.oo p.m++ is the time that

our Larder Class to start today because the group A done it quite fast so when can start the class

early lor....If not a,just like last night finished our class around 8.00p.m at night and damn tired

already standing for the whole day in the kitchen just like today also very tired in the kitchen

after Butchery Class in the morning......then our things today's recipes is to make soups......is

alot's of different kind of soup that they have when u having steak in steakhouse nowdat so

we ahve to learn how to make the soups today.......Ya,my second incident happen when in the

Butchery Class because when I using the knife to cut the packing then suddenly cut my finger

again lah.....haiz.....BAD LUCK lah me today.....cham cham.....=.= but still ok lah my finger still

got reaction if not then serious lor if no reaction already then difficult to work lor in future......

When we cook the soup also have to make alot's of things and have to wait the soup totally cook

already in the pot so have to wait until crazy already but then the soup that we make today is

got around 6 kinds of soup lah later I'll put the name on th picture.....the picture is today's and
